Find your Flow with Flexi Soul

October 16th, 2020

Nicky Webb, founder of Flexi Soul Yoga first began running her classes in Crickhowell in 2017. In September 2019 she opened Crickhowell’s very first designated yoga studio, located right in the heart of Crickhowell itself.

The range of classes on offer means that there is something to suit everyone’s needs. There are energetic Vinyasa yoga classes, which combine a flowing aerobic style of poses, core strength and breath work, as well as classes centred on a more restorative form of yoga, which builds strength and flexibility through movement. There are also pre and post-natal classes with a strong emphasis on gentle exercise and relaxation. These classes compliment the Daisy Birthing courses and ‘Daisy Tinies’ classes for mum and baby.

Nicky is keen to stress that in these uncertain times, all clients can rest assured that the studio has been made completely Covid secure with social distancing measures put in place for all classes. For those who feel cautious about attending a class in person, Nicky is also offering online classes so that you can practice at home. A membership page on the website www.flexisoulyoga.com is in development, where clients will be access a range of online classes as well as discounts on studio classes. This means that clients have the freedom and flexibility to practice yoga anywhere and any time!

Those attending studio classes will find themselves enveloped in a beautiful light flooded, airy space where you will receive a warm welcome and the opportunity to really focus on your practice and, perhaps most importantly, holds space for you to unwind, breathe and let go.
