Mathonwy with his prize tree from Abergavenny Garden Centre

Some of you may remember that back in November we ran a colouring in competition to win a Christmas Tree, courtesy of Abergavenny Garden Centre.

We were so impressed with the submission by Mathonwy Urien Jones, who was our lucky winner. Mathonwy Urien’s Mum, Adele, recently got in touch with us to share photos of their wonderful tree and she says that not only have they had plenty of compliments from their neighbours and passers by, but that they will be returning to Abergavenny Garden Centre next year to buy another one just like it.
We think it looks fabulous!

In other news, last month we ran a competition to find our hidden Christmas Crackers in our December magazines to win a Christmas Hamper. Our lucky winner was Morgan Scrivens who will be tucking into the goodies that we squeezed into the hamper well into the New Year and beyond! Congratulations to him.
