James Bowles of oyster specialists, Oyster Meister kindly sent us this video of Abergavenny’s mayor, Martin Hickman, sampling his very first oyster at this year’s Abergavenny Food Festival.
We’re not entirely convinced he enjoyed it – but we certainly did – we had a tray of 6 between us, and we’ll be back for more next year!
