Following a complete and expert renovation and refurbishment of the King of Prussia, a large and happy number of invited guests recently joined new licensee, Natalie Chiplin, to celebrate the official opening.
Natalie’s parents, Sonia and John, owned Abergavenny’s Great George pub for nearly thirty years and, as Natalie said, “I must say it felt like I was back in my old shoes!”
Two of the guests, David Davies MP and Nick Ramsay AM, pulled two of the first pints to be served in the new King of Prussia and wished Natalie every possible success. Nick and David promised to be two of Natalie’s regulars and she promised to hold them to it!
“A massive ‘thank you’ to everyone who came to the official opening of The King of Prussia”, said Natalie, “I’m overwhelmed with the support everyone has shown me with my new venture. I also want to thank all of my staff who were thrown in at the deep end on opening night, it really is the best way to learn something new and you all did me proud! And, lastly, thank you to everyone for my good luck wishes, cards, gifts and flowers Your kindness has blown me away! I hope to see you all again very soon.”
