Synergy ‘Love to Sing’ Worskhop

Formed in 2006 and based in Abergavenny, Synergy are a multi-award-winning choir led by Musical Director Owen McCarthy.
We blend the rich tones of a Male Voice Choir with the spine-tingling harmonies of 4-part a-cappella. Add a dash of that quality and fun that is uniquely Synergy and you have a recipe for fantastic singing.
The group has performed at many prestigious events and venues throughout the UK as well as in Ireland and Germany.
We have a varied repertoire from Elvis to Queen, American Classics to showstoppers, touching ballads to laugh out loud barnstormers, held together with light humour.
Whilst we rehearse every week we also come together for “workshops” to reinforce our learning and to improve.
On Saturday 23rd of April at Llanfoist Primary School, between 12pm and 4pm, we are opening our doors to visitors (all males 18 and over) to offer you the opportunity to join with us at a FREE singing workshop to help improve your vocal technique and thereby improve your singing.
Run by two very experienced singing coaches and a supportive Music Team, the session will consist of:
Vocal warms ups
Vocal techniques and exercises
Learning and rehearsing one song in 4-part harmony
Whether you just enjoy singing or would like to improve your singing voice, why not come along and join us in learning a song together in an afternoon.
