Mini-Makes – Knit and Crochet Workshops for your Handmade Christmas —
Let’s have some fun with this selection of mini yarn-craft workshops, to make presents for yourself or for others this Christmas.

* The Project: – A neat little star to knit, from simple stitches, with so many colourful options. We’re taking inspiration from wintry Nordic folk colours, with dozens of shades of the wonderful Rowan Felted Tweed yarn to choose from. All techniques will be demonstrated. This will be a fun one for Christmas decorations, or bright and colourful pincushions, cosmic bunting, anything goes!

Five different workshops 28Oct to 2Dec – pick and choose which you fancy. Try a new technique, learn something new, or just enjoy the make-along with like-minded crafters and a cuppa. Our tutor Anja has some well-chosen inspirational mini-makes to show you, for both Knitting and Crochet. Check out the others too.

* Level: NEXT STEPS – Requires: Knowledge of basic knit stitches

* Book Your Place – Get in touch to book your place – Pay your £10 deposit, and you’re all set. We’ll provide materials on the night, and will let you know what crochet hook or knitting needles you will need to bring (also available to buy on the night).

* DATE/TIME: THUR 25th Nov 2021, 6:30 – 8:30pm
* VENUE: The Wool Croft, 14 Nevill Street, Abergavenny NP7 5AD (Held in person at the shop)
* WORKSHOP FEE: Total £28 which includes materials below, hot drinks and a snack, and 10% DISCOUNT VOUCHER OFF anything purchased in the shop that night. Let us know when booking of any dietary requirements for the snack or drink.
* MATERIALS INCLUDED: Rowan Felted Tweed yarn, Total 50g in an assortment of colours
* BRING ALONG: 2.5mm knitting needles, straight OR DPN (anything works for small number of stitches)
