SPRINGTIME – Everything is coming alive, days are growing longer, it’s time to throw off the restraints of winter and reach for what we want.

Plans which have been incubating since the autumn equinox can now hatch out. The egg is a potent symbol, full of potential and new life. Journey forth, take risks. Lie down, close your eyes and immerse yourself in wave upon wave of profound resonance. These sound waves resonate every cell in your body, stilling the mind, relaxing the body and soothing the spirit, enabling powerful shifts to take place, bringing positive change.

Chrys Blanchard has led workshops, composed music and been a Natural Voice choir leader for over 40 years.
