Abergavenny Symphony Orchestra Sunday 17th November 2.30pm

We’ll be playing

• Vltava, from  Smetana’s  symphonic poem, “ based on his beloved Czech homeland, taking us on a magnificent journey along this great river”.
•  Weber  clarinet concerto no1 , beautiful music sensitively played by principal clarinettist Rob Watson
• Borodin Symphony No 2, “this compact symphony is in turns intense, impulsive, romantic, celebratory and always beautifully tuneful.”
