Abergavenny Film Society Screening: Past Lives (Cert 15)

A film from South Korea. Two deeply connected childhood friends Na Young and Have Sung are forced to part after Na Young’s family emigrates from South Korea to Canada.  Twelve years later, they reconnect on social media.  We follow them through the years, across assorted reunions, separations and continents.  It’s a story of friendship, love and regrets and the importance of living in the here and now.
