Abergavenny Film Society Screening: Maudie

Maudie is the true story of an aspiring artist with severe rheumatoid arthritis in 1930’s Nova Scotia. She becomes the housekeeper for a surly recluse but continues to work at her art. She eventually gains naional and international recognition and needless to say, her artistic success affects her relationship with her employer.
