Abergavenny Film Society Screening: Everything Went Fine (15) 113m.
Euthanasia and assisted dying are difficult subjects to address. This film follows an elderly man who has a stroke and is forced to ask his daughter to help end his life. It explores the consequent (and past) family upheavals with a remarkable yet practical lack of sentimentality, focussing brilliantly on family relationships rather than the death itself.
