The Abergavenny Focus is pleased to announce that we will now be featuring a Classified section both in the print magazine and online.
Sell your old sofa, clear out your parlour palms, give away your boxed set of Carry on Films or just wish your Granny a Happy Birthday! Maybe you’d like to get your hands on some second hand curtains and you want to give a shout out to anyone who might have some going spare. Whatever it is you want to flog/recycle/communicate, let us know and we’ll include it in our Classified Section in the magazine and online ABSOLUTELY FREE!
There are a couple of things to think about and a few rules to keep in mind:
- We do not accept classified advertisements from businesses or sole traders advertising their services or retail establishments.
- We reserve the right to refuse listings and inappropriate content.
- We accept ONE advert per person. If you want to include more, yes of course there’s ways to pull the wool over our eyes, but we ask that, as a member of our community, you use this complimentary service with respect and mindfulness of others so that everyone gets a fair chance.
Please submit your listings to us via this contact form. Your submission should be no longer than a maximum of 50 words. You may attach a photo, which we will include on the website, but be aware that due to space restrictions, we will not be able to include photos in the print version of the magazine.
At the moment all classified adverts are FREE, but may be subject to a nominal charge in the future. Please remember that the Focus is printed on a monthly basis and, while you might sell your old bed within a couple of days, you may still receive phone calls and contact about it afterwards. We will take down your listing on the website, once you have sold your item or filled your vacancy etc, but you need to tell us to do so by calling or emailing us. If you’d prefer your listing to appear on the website only, simply let us know.
Finally, please be aware that Focus Magazines Ltd takes no responsibility for the content of listings and quality of items being sold. It’s not our fault if the electric kettle you buy goes bang. A full list of our terms and conditions will be available to view here.
