My Generation is a free programme to help those of us over 50 to improve our wellbeing, together.

We know that life has its challenges – for example leaving work, loneliness, money worries and bereavement – and these can all affect our wellbeing. That’s where My Generation can help. You can attend up to eight group sessions where you’ll find out about staying mentally well while enjoying activities such as crafts, talks and relaxation and spending time with others.

You’ll also be able to find out about other projects in your area that could help you, and how you can help others.

Anyone over 50 living in the Brecon and District area can take part free of charge. The next course is now available in Crickhowell and will run at the Resource and Information Centre on Tuesdays from 2 – 4pm, beginning 14th January for 8 sessions.
