A very Happy New Year to you! I very much hope that you had a wonderful Christmas and welcomed the start of 2019 in good health. 2018 was a busy year for me with a number of important things that happened, namely passing my driving test! It was something that I never thought I’d achieve but here I am at the age of 41, having passed my test thanks to the wonderful instruction of Andrew Driving Instruction, Abergavenny. If you’re in the markert for an instructor, you really can’t beat Andrew’s teaching. I’m ever thankful to him for facilitating my new-found freedom!
Now that 2018 is behind us, the year ahead spreads out and I wonder what it will bring. Inevitably at this time of year we all make resolutions of some kind or another…mine usually involves losing weight. However, equally important to our physical health is ensuring that our mental wellbeing is looked after and kept intact. We’ve got some great articles for you this month that should help you get on track and in the right headspace for the coming year.
Naturally there’s lots more to read as well, so pull up a chair, take a moment and enjoy this month’s Focus.
This month’s cover art is by Louise Collis whose studio and gallery is at 20 Monk St. Abergavenny. Website: www.louisecollis.com
Here’s to a wonderful 2019!
