Stories open doors in to the secret places of our lives to share experiences that we all have lived through or will in the future live in! Stories from the Bros. Grimm, myths and legends of Wales and further afield. A wealth of human experience and expression.
People have shared stories about myths/legends and true life stories for years upon years. This Christmas take time to share stories and come to Broadleaf Books on December Tuesday 5th for a chance to listen and tell stories for adults from 7-8pm. We meet on the first Tuesday of the month. Refresh your mind and body!
For children there will be the chance to listen to a special Christmas special ‘The Christmas Gingerbread Bus’ at Broadleaf Books on Saturday 16th December from 4.30pm. This event will also happen at Bookish in Crickhowell on 17th December at 10.30am. This will be a mixture of stories and craft for children from 5 years up. Donations and a Christmas food item for the Food Bank is all you need to get in to the Christmas spirit. Booking in advance for this one please! Please contact the bookshops for further information.
