St David’s Hospice Care, and its day hospice in Brecon “Usk House” are asking readers to support your local hospice this Christmas.
Join the ‘Jam In’ Appeal by collecting a mini Jam Jar from a St David’s Hospice Care outlet or charity shop and jam it full of 20p coins until you can fit in no more! It’s a perfect way to donate your loose change; a full jar will contain £5. Once your jar is full, return it to the shop or outlet where your donation will help to provide free local hospice care.
Or, what about taking part in Jolly Jumper Day? Lots of us have a fun, seasonal jumper lurking in the back of a drawer somewhere. Why not dig out your best and finest jolly jumper, wear it in December and give a donation of £1 towards the work of your local hospice. A fabulous idea for the office – get everyone on board and help make a real difference!
