Miles Morgan Travel cooked up its first collective coffee morning for national cancer charity, Macmillan Cancer Support.
The award-winning travel agent hosted events across all 15 of their South Wales and South West branches including Abergavenny, as part of Macmillan’s annual ‘World’s Biggest Coffee Morning’.
Miles Morgan Travel raised £1,282 for the charity, thanks to many of their loyal customers who were invited to share an eclectic mix of homemade cakes, sweet treats and a cup of coffee.
Eva Hanley, Abergavenny branch manager said: “Many of our team have seen first-hand the effect cancer can have, not only on the person diagnosed, but also on those closest to them.
“So for us, it was really important to get each of our branches across the South West and South Wales involved in order to raise as much money as possible to help.”
