Total Road Closures: A40 Park Road from its junction with Hereford Road to its junction with Pen Y Pound. A40 Park Road (southern side carriageway only) from its junction with Pen Y Pound to its junction with Frogmore Street. Park Avenue. King Street. Lion Street (from its junction with Hereford Road to a point 40 metres east of its junction with Frogmore Street). Market Street, Hereford Road A40 from its junction with Park Road A40 to its junction with Lower Monk Street.
