There is still time to put your name down to light up the night on May 17 and help make life better for people affected by cancer on the Tenovus Goodnight Walk.

GW-169

Last year, walkers raised over £40,000 for Tenovus, Wales’ leading cancer charity and 2014 is set to be even bigger and even better. Choose from the 5 or 10 mile routes around the Welsh capital, with lots of entertainment to keep you going along the route.

Bethan Palfrey, Challenge Event Manager at Tenovus, was excited to be bringing the event back after the success of last year.

She said; “This year our Goodnight Walk is back, bigger and better than ever with loads more exciting things planned for our walkers, making sure it’s going to be a very, very Goodnight!

“Last year people took part for all sorts of reasons, walking in memory of a loved one or in celebration of a friend or family member who had been given the all clear. This is why our Goodnight Walk is so special; it brings everyone together for the same reason.”
