The Park Hotel is located in the foothills of the Black Mountain, close to Abergavenny, Llanthony Abbey, Offas Dyke and Pandy. The hotel comprises accommodation as well as a restaurant and a bar. It is also a popular wedding venue thanks to its setting and fabulous scenic backdrop.
The Park Hotel hosts many regular events including an impressive line up of tribute acts throughout the year and an annual wedding fayre. During the festive season, they host Christmas party nights as well as Christmas Day Lunch.
The Hatters Bar Restaurant is located inside the Park Hotel and has recently been refurbished to combine the old with the new. You can enjoy a good selection of fine wines and locally brewed ale in the delightful Hatters Bar with its original fireplace and oak wood panelled walls. The restaurant enjoys views of Hatterall Hill and serves international cuisine made from fresh, high quality ingredients sourced from local suppliers. Signature dishes from Austria and Germany appear on the menu, alongside Welsh black fillet steak and Welsh lamb, ensuring a wide variety of choice.
On sunnier days, patrons can enjoy The Park Hotel’s beer garden, taking in the pleasant surrounding of the hotel’s manicured gardens with its abundance of flowers, trees and wildlife – a perfect place to relax over a refreshing drink. Dogs are welcome here too!
