Happy New Year!
I hope you all had a wonderful Festive period, whatever you got up to. The New Year tends to herald resolutions and promises that we keep to ourselves about all the changes we plan to make over the coming 365 days. For many of us, this takes the form of getting fitter, losing weight or changing our lifestyle in some way or another. With that in mind, we’ve put together this month’s Focus concentrating on health, fitness and lifestyle.
We hope you’ll find it an enjoyable read. And if all else fails, Nana’s made an upside down cake this month, so remember: if you fall off the wagon, there’s always cake.
Happy 2013!
