Should you happen to be near Llangynidr on 13th December then may I suggest that you call in to visit the Farmers’ and Producers’ Market in the village hall?
We have a good selection of stalls and a lot of unique items available. The market on 13th December will be our Christmas Market where you can buy Welsh Christmas cards, Christmas meats, treats plenty of craft stalls for original and extra special gifts. Note it down on your calendars!
Entry is free, parking over the road in the car park is free and refreshments are available. A table, with cloth, is always available or, if you prefer, you can drink your coffee as you browse!
We are a very friendly lot at the market and as our name suggests we have farm produce and other locally produced goods. If you are a local producer and can offer something different then get in contact! (erwbant@hotmail.com)
Llangynidr is a beautiful village to visit so why not join us at the market where refreshment is available and then, perhaps, dine at one of the two pubs and enjoy a walk along the canal* – it’s nice and level! If you don’t want to stray far from the car park then how about a kick about on the playing field with the children and a football – or just let the children enjoy the small park!
See you at the market!!
