Members of the Tenovus Abergavenny Sing with Us choir will be sharing the spotlight with some of the biggest names in Welsh music in a special 70th Birthday celebration for Tenovus, Wales’ leading cancer charity, at the Wales Millennium Centre.

Rob Brydon

The concert will take place on December 1st and will be hosted by Patron, Rob Brydon. It will be a chance to celebrate 70 years of the charity’s history and achievements in style, as well as looking to the next 70 years of support for cancer patients and their families in communities across Wales.

The choir, formed in March this year, is part of the Sing with Us project run by Tenovus for people affected by cancer. Other acts also on the bill include: fellow Patron and face of GoCompare, Wynne Evans, world renowned harpist Catrin Finch and number one album selling duo and Britain’s Got Talent finalists Richard and Adam, with more surprise guests to be announced.

Tenovus Patron and host for the evening, Rob Brydon, said; “It’s my pleasure to be able to be a part of such a special night at the Wales Millennium Centre, celebrating 70 years of Tenovus.

“There will be music and lots of entertainment, all raising money to continue to support cancer patients and their families right across Wales, it would be great for everyone to join us and celebrate.”

There are still tickets available for what promises to be a brilliant night of celebration!

Tickets range from £19-£49 and are available directly from the Wales Millennium Centre wmc.org.uk or by calling 029 2063 6464.
