Cylch Meithrin y Fenni, Abregavenny’s only welsh-medium Pre-School/Nursery setting, is holding a Family Fun Day at Ysgol Gymraeg y Fenni on Saturday 13th July, from 10am to 12pm.
Entry will cost just £2 per person or £5 per family, and children attending Meithrin will be admitted free! There will be a free bouncy castle and craft activities for children and a number of other stalls and activities each charging a small fee, including Face Painting, a Coconut Shy, Name the Teddy, and a Lucky Dip!
We will also have a number of stalls on the day selling their products including Phoenix Cards and a ‘Mabon a Mabli’ Welsh books and a second hand books & toys stall run by the local ‘Ti a Fi’ parent and toddler group. There will be a large selection of refreshments for sale, including tea, coffee, and homemade cake. The raffle is looking like a good bet with some fantastic prizes generously donated by local business, including a pair of tickets for a show of choice at The Borough Theatre & a meal for two at The Bridge Inn, Llanfoist.
