Lee Jowitt Auto Repairs is now a well established business based behind the hospital at Union Road Industrial Estate.
Lee’s focus since opening in 2012 has always been on offering a friendly and competitive one-stop shop for vehicle repairs, MOTs and tyres. The only thing he doesn’t do is repair and spray body work!
Since 2012 the business has grown from strength to strength and, due to having built a solid and loyal customer base, Lee has been able to invest in modern equipment to expand what’s available to the Abergavenny customer. There has been investment in air conditioning and four wheel alignment equipment to ensure that a comprehensive service can be carried out. Importantly, 2 years ago Nick Drake joined the business to serve the growing customer base and has become a critical component of the business, enabling Lee to take a few days off now and again!
Lee’s business is well respected and testament to this is that Gwent Police use Lee to fit bulbs to local police cars. This saves them having to drive down to the Cwmbran garages for a 10 minute job. Lee knows many of the police officers and is familiar with police cars because before he set up the business he spent 10 years maintaining these very same vehicles. The business is also very fortunate to do the car MOTs for major construction contractor Alan Griffiths.
When asked if there was any other equipment he’d like to invest in, Lee couldn’t think of anything, which truly shows how well equipped the business is and that Lee has everything he needs in order that people can have their cars fixed, serviced and maintained.
Lee’s main priority is his customers and the customer service he offers. He strives always to offer a competitive and customer-focused service.
